Go To - Start -> Computer --> right click on "Properties", and then tap "Advanced system settings"

you will see a screen like that 

 In the advanced options of the system context menu, click on "Settings" for Startup and Recovery


In Startup and Recovery, uncheck the "Automatically restart" for system failure. Click "OK" after unchecking the checkbox

Go to Start Setting and single-click on Control Panel.

Double-Click the system icon.

Go to the Device Manger tab and double-click the CD-ROM branch.

Double-click the CD-ROM driver entry.

On the setting tab uncheck the Auto Insert Notification box.

To Enable AutoPlay Follow the instructions and check the Auto Insert Notification box.to suspend AutoPlay hold down the Shift key While inserting a CD.
