Many time you getting a problem when you laptops or desktop restart again an again this happen because of in your operating system there are a some error so see here how to resolve automatic restarts problem in Windows 7

Go To - Start -> Computer --> right click on "Properties", and then tap "Advanced system settings"

 you will see a screen like that 

 In the advanced options of the system context menu, click on "Settings" for Startup and Recovery


In Startup and Recovery, uncheck the "Automatically restart" for system failure. Click "OK" after unchecking the checkbox

Need a text editor, such as Notepad and an Internet browser, such as Internet Explorer or Google Crome

Open your Notepad and type the following text:

identify each document and is also displayed in the title bar of the browser window.
The text between the <body> tags is the text that will be displayed in your browser.
The text between the <b> and </b> tags will be displayed in a bold font.

What you can do


Check each cable on the computer to make sure it is plugged into the correct port, and that each cable is seated properly.

Note:Sometimes there are multiple ports a cable can plug into. Make sure you identify the correct one to use for each cable.

Close all running programs, and completely power down the computer using the Shutdown button. Make sure the power light is off. Wait 15 seconds, then power it back on.

Tabs


Ctrl+1-8 – Switch to the specified tab, counting from the left.

Ctrl+9 – Switch to the last tab.

Ctrl+Tab – Switch to the next tab – in other words, the tab on the right. (Ctrl+Page Up also works, but not in Internet Explorer.)

Ctrl+Shift+Tab – Switch to the previous tab – in other words, the tab on the left. (Ctrl+Page Down also works, but not in Internet Explorer.)

Address Bar


Ctrl+L, Alt+D, F6 – Focus the address bar so you can begin typing.

Ctrl+Enter – Prefix www. and append .com to the text in the address bar, and then load the website. For example, type acomsolutions into the address bar and press Ctrl+Enter to open www.acomsolutions.blogspot.com.

Alt+Enter – Open the location in the address bar in a new tab.

Search


Ctrl+K, Ctrl+E – Focus the browser’s built-in search box or focus the address bar if the browser doesn’t have a dedicated search box. (Ctrl+K doesn’t work in IE, Ctrl+E does.)

Alt+Enter – Perform a search from the search box in a new tab.

Ctrl+F, F3 – Open the in-page search box to search on the current page.

Ctrl+G, F3 – Find the next match of the searched text on the page.

Turn Off CD AutoPlay

Here the instruction to Turn off CD Auto-Play Easily

Go to Start Setting and single-click on Control Panel.

Double-Click the system icon.

Go to the Device Manger tab and double-click the CD-ROM branch.

Double-click the CD-ROM driver entry.

On the setting tab uncheck the Auto Insert Notification box.

To Enable AutoPlay Follow the instructions and check the Auto Insert Notification box.to suspend AutoPlay hold down the Shift key While inserting a CD.
